S’mores Glamour!

Glamping at it’s finest! Buttery graham crumbs, rich chocolate molten lava cake, topped with a fire toasted marsmallow? Definitely my kind of camping! ~Amy

S’mores Glamour


Purchased Chocolate Lava Cake
Large Jet Puff marshmallow squares
Torani Chocolate dessert syrup
Sweetened whipped cream
Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
Mint leaves

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Drizzle melted butter over the top, and toss. Set aside.

Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of graham cracker mixture in a circle on a microwave safe dessert plate. Place lava cake upside down on top of graham cracker crumbs, and microwave according to instructions. Place marshmallow on a small plate and microwave about 15 seconds.
Drizzle lava cake with chocolate dessert syrup. Gently place marshmallow on top of cake. Torch until lightly browned, or place under broiler for 2-3 minutes. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint if desired.

Bananas Foster Dessert Nachos

One of my favorite memories is sharing a plate of late night dessert nachos with my daughter Ozma at the famous Del Coronado Hotel. This fun idea crossed with the classic dessert Bananas Foster, makes a fun ending for any fiesta! ~Amy

Bananas Foster Dessert Nachos

Stacy’s Cinnamon Pita Chips
Fresh sliced bananas
Amy’s Caramel Sauce*
vanilla bean ice cream
Torani Caramel Syrup

Caramel Sauce

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream

In a medium sized saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in the brown sugar, cook until bubbly and lighter in color. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream. Whisk until smooth.

Makes about 2 cups

To assemble:

Place chips on a platter. Top with fresh sliced bananas. Drizzle lightly with Caramel Sauce. Top with large scoops of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with Torani Caramel Syrup.
Serve immediately

Irish Cream Frappé

Dancing your Irish jig will definitely get you in the mood for this frosty refreshing drink. Cheers! ~Amy

Irish Cream Frappé

1 cup Torani Cream Frappé
3 cups ice
2 tbsp Torani Irish Cream Syrup

Sweetened whipped cream

Place cream frappé mixture, ice and syrup into a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Pour into glasses and top with sweetened whipped cream.

Caramelized Creme Brûlée Vanilla Cream Steamer

Brûlée away your winter blues with this caramel vanilla cream steamer. Finished off with whipped cream and a classic cream brûlée caramelized crunch, you might just have to have a second cup! ~Amy

Caramelized Creme Brûlée Vanilla Cream Steamer 


2 cups milk, 2% or whole 

2 tbsp Torani French Vanilla Syrup

2 tbsp Torani Caramel Syrup

*Vanilla Whipped Cream

Turbinado or raw sugar

Heat milk over medium high heat, whisking constantly, to froth. When hot, whisk in syrup and remove from heat. Pour into heat proof mugs. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle a fair amount of raw sugar over the top and torch to caramelize. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings

Gingerbread Vanilla Cream Frappe


This festive family friendly frappe, is a sweet little Christmas treat! Topped with vanilla whipped cream and a gingerbread cookie crunch, this icy treat is sure to warm up your holiday heart!~Amy

Gingerbread Vanilla Cream Frappe

2 cups ice
3/4 cup Torani, Real Cream Plain Frappe
1 tbsp Torani Gingerbread Syrup
1/8 tsp orange zest

*Vanilla Whipped Cream
Gingerbread cookies

Place ice, frappe mix, and syrup, and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and crushed cookies.

Makes 1-2 servings

Vanilla Cream Mint Julep

Still feeling the heat?! Cool down and relax with my twist on this southern Kentucky Derby Classic! It’s SO GOOD! ~Amy

Vanilla Cream Mint Julep

2-3 sprigs fresh mint
2 oz Torani Vanilla syrup
Club soda
Half and half
Crushed ice

Additional mint leaves for garnish

Place leaves in the bottom glass, add syrup and muddle leaves. Full glass with crushed ice and pour club soda over the top, add a splash of cream. Stir until glass becomes frosty. Garnish with mint and relax!

Basic Soda Recipe:
1-2 tbsp syrup
1-1/2 cups seltzer, or club soda
Splash of half and half, optional
Cinnamon whipped cream

Cinnamon Whipped Cream:
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

With an electric mixer, whip cream, vanilla and sugar together.
When almost set, add cinnamon, and beat until soft peaks form.
