Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies with Black Cherry Amaretto Ice Cream

Cookies:

2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
14 tbsp butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp kosher salt
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips

Black Cherry Amaretto Ice Cream, Haagen- Dazs Black Label

Heat oven to 350 degrees

With an electric mixer beat butter and sugars together for 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla, and eggs. Beat for another 2-3 minutes. Add baking soda and flour, mix until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Fill ramekins 3/4 of the way with dough. Smoothing top as necessary. Place on baking sheets. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool slightly, and top with ice cream. Serve immediately.
