Fresh Raspberry and Berry Cream Cheese French Toas-Tite Sandwiches
8 slices country white bread
Berry Philadelphia Cream Cheese, stirred
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Powdered sugar, for dusting
In a shallow pan or tray, whisk together egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Heat grill pan to medium heat. Spray Toas-Tite with non stick cooking spray. Dip one side of bread in egg mixture. Place in egg side down in Toas-Tite. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on top. Place fresh berries on top. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on another slice of bread. Dip in egg mixture and place bread on top of sandwich, cream cheese side down. Cook sandwiches on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.
