Fresh Rose Ice Cream Cups
6 Fresh Roses, stems trimmed, and centers removed
1 Pint Ice Cream
6 Small vases or shot glasses
To remove centers, reach down into the center and gently twist and pull.
Place in water filled vase. Carefully small scoop of ice cream in the center, wiping petals with paper towel if necessary.
